In preparation for the opening of the Arena, the title structure of the arena topic should be general, but specific enough to announce the teams that are participating and the challenge number for the challengers.
For the example, imagine there are 4 teams registered for the arena. Keep in mind these teams are not real and the name can still be used when the Arena is opened.
Team Vashnik (this team named after the team captain)
Team Helba (this team named after someone the team mutually admires)
Hawks (team named after an animal, but not made into a phrase)
Might of the Big Bad Wolves (team named using a phrase)
The challenger goes at the beginning of the topic, and the number of the amount of challenges they have made. So if it is their first challenge, then label it C1 for Challenge 1. This is so we do not have duplicate threads if the challengers want to fight the same team again.
Hawks and Might of the Big Bad Wolves want to fight against each other in the arena and its the first challenge by the Hawks. So the thread should be titled:
Hawks vs Might of the Big Bad Wolves - C1
The "Might of the Big Bad Wolves" want to challenge the Hawks. This time, the topic will be:
Might of the Big Bad Wolves vs Hawks - C1
Notice that both threads have C1, but the challengers are different. This helps those who want to cheer on the challengers in their fights, follow the challenges they make (or the "home" team) and their fights "away from home".
If the forum "Arena" gets too big and you can't find your favorite team, you can do a search for your team and the title of each fight will help you figure out who is fighting who, what team made the challenge, and how many challenges was made by the challenger.
For 1 vs 1 arenas, simply use your characters name in place of the team name.
Ex: Vashlen vs Akane - C1
